“I am a worrier. Like most parents, I want the best for my children.When we attended our first appointment with Celia I could tell the kids were scared and shy. I quietly let Celia know this as we went into her room. She then spent time putting my children at ease by blowing up a plastic glove like a balloon and letting it go, giving them rides in the moving chair and explaining what the basic instruments are for.
Since then, as regular attendees, we’ve learned that Celia is professional, thorough, careful and competent. Importantly, she listened to any concerns we had and was clear in explaining options where relevant.

“I first came to Celia having been recommended that she was very good with patients who were very nervous. Having had bad experiences in the past, I had not seen a dentist for some sixteen years. I found Celia very friendly and easy to talk to. My first visit was only to talk about my fears, and have a look at my teeth and discuss possible treatment. Over the coming months I had many visits, and with each one I felt more comfortable. I am now at the stage where I am no longer nervous.
