Supporting Pride, One Slice at a Time!

This June, Nothing But The Tooth was proud to host a vibrant bake sale in celebration of Pride Month!
Pride Month is celebrated every June to recognise and support the LGBTQ+ community, their history, achievements, and the ongoing fight for equality and acceptance. Throughout the month, people around the world come together to celebrate diversity, promote visibility, and raise awareness about the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals

We were excited to get involved by hosting a bake sale in support of a fantastic local charity, Birmingham LGBT. The event was a colourful feast, featuring an array of homemade treats donated by both staff and patients – from a delicious banana and chocolate loaf to a rainbow swirl sponge, jammy cupcakes, and Celia’s iconic courgette cake, to name just a few!
Thanks to the generosity and enthusiasm of everyone involved, we raised £74.56 for Birmingham LGBT. This wonderful charity provides vital services to LGBTQ+ people in our community, including sexual health promotion, domestic violence support, counselling, wellbeing programmes, and arts and cultural initiatives. Their mission to foster a vibrant, diverse community where individuals can thrive and have equal access to city life is something we’re proud to support.

At Nothing But The Tooth, we are committed to being a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive space for all. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who baked, donated, or bought a treat, and we look forward to continuing our support for the community in the years to come.
