At Nothing But the Tooth Dentist here in Sutton Coldfield we like to make paying for your dental treatment painless as well! So we offer a choice of ways to pay for your regular dental healthy mouth checks and gum health appointments.
- You can pay as you go along for each appointment or
- You can become a privileged member of the practice and join our Lifelong Sparkle Club
- We offer a choice of interest free credit over 6 months or for longer loan periods we can offer credit at competitive interest rates. Credit is available on treatments over £600
Most of our patients join the Sparkle Club, as it offers many extra benefits for no extra cost, as well as allowing you to spread the cost of your routine dental care over the year. Fees are paid by direct debit.
As dental care is individual, it is impossible to give accurate prices on a website, however to give you an idea of our fees we have put some of our more common treatment fees in the table below. You will receive a written estimate of fees for any treatment option we discuss with you which supercedes any general prices given below.
Our preferred payment method is by card, and all major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Lifelong Sparkle Club £24.86 per month
As well as benefiting from our members’ discount of 10-20% on all clinically necessary treatment, you will receive free with your membership:
- your regular healthy mouth checks
- your 6 monthly gum health maintenance hygienist visits
- All x-rays
- Antibiotics when needed (terms and conditions apply)
- Any emergency assessment in surgery hours
- a 5% discount on any retail products you buy from us
Other benefits include a financial assistance scheme for emergencies and dental trauma and use of our parcel minder service

Mini Sparklers Club
If a child keeps their teeth filling-free till their twenties, they are significantly less likely to need fillings in adulthood. We take children’s dental care very seriously, so for our younger clients, our mini sparklers club has all the benefits of the Lifelong Sparkle Club plus:
- child friendly oral health education
- preventive seals on all permanent molar teeth
- regular anti-decay coatings
- free fillings in baby teeth (we aim to make sure you never need one!)
