DENTAL THERAPIST

Essential
- Your passion for prevention will match that of the dentists who will support you unreservedly in all periodontal matters
- Therapy – you will enjoy providing all aspects of a therapist’s scope of practice and you will be able to provide high quality restorations
- Periodontal care will be of the highest quality, including excellent assessment and monitoring, motivational skills, a willingness to work with the dentist in diagnosis of periodontal and dental disease, and you will be able to communicate in a motivational but non-confrontational and non-judgmental way with patients
- You will enjoy working with nervous patients and provide a pain free experience whilst not compromising on outcome, using local anaesthetics where necessary to achieve the best result

SENIOR DENTAL NURSE
Immediate start where possible but we recognise you may have to work a notice period
30 hours per week approximately, including some Saturdays on a rota. Excellent remuneration package including GDC registration and funds available for CPD
Essential
- A minimum of three years’ experience
- Positive and cheerful attitude at all times
- Attention to detail

Desirable
- Background in private practice
- Experience in implants, sedation and orthodontics
PATIENT CARE CO-ORDINATOR (also known in some practices as a TCO)
To start as soon as possible
Full time. Employed with salary and performance related bonus.

You will be the first point of contact for most of our new patient enquiries and will be expected to create and nurture relations with referring practices. You will also be responsible for growing our new facial aesthetics clinic.

Essential
- Confidence in talking to patients one to one whether face to face or virtually
- Outstanding communication skills

- Understanding of KPIs and able to collate and report on these with management

- Ability to treat patients with respect, discretion and dignity

- Recognition that retention of our existing clients by going above and beyond their expectations is as important as working with new clients
Desirable
- Experience in this role in an aesthetics or dental clinic
Consideration will be given to those with experience in a role where they have managed diaries with attention to productivity and/or worked in a regulated business
Roles might include front of house hotel work or travel consultant for example.
Training will be given to the right candidate.
VISITING ENDODONTIC SPECIALIST OR DWSI
Starting first quarter 2021
One day a week initially plus ideally one Saturday per month. Surgery capacity to grow the list to several days a week if wished.
Remuneration by negotiation.
We are launching a much-needed endodontic referral clinic in our area. We are looking for an endodontic specialist or someone with a special interest in endodontics with a proven track record of excellent results.
Our marketing plan and investment is in place to drive the enquiries and our team are trained to manage these enquiries to their potential. We have finalised the creation of the new brand for the clinic, concentrating on facilitating a good referral base from the locality.
We are recruiting a Patient Care Co-ordinator to support referrals and growth.
We have a brand new microscope with magnification up to X23 and your choice of rotary and obturation systems.

DENTAL NURSE APPRENTICESHIP
Starting first quarter 2021
Full time with release for training as necessary.
Remuneration National Minimum Wage.
An exciting opportunity for a trainee dental nurse.
We are looking for a compassionate individual with the right attitude to learning and contributing to a happy hardworking team.
You will benefit from a formal training programme and full support and mentoring. You will not be expected to work in surgery unsupervised until you are ready to do so.
Training will lead to a qualification as a registered dental nurse, and there will be an opening for the right candidate to be taken on as a permanent member of the team once qualified.
We are a well-respected and established private practice who will give you maximum support – we are looking for someone who is committed and willing to learn.
