For over 16 years, we have been providing high-quality dental care for patients of all ages. From your very first visit, our focus is on making you feel comfortable and calm, while also delivering excellent clinical care, to help you maintain a healthy, confident smile for life.

 

Patient Care and Practice Facilities

Our reception and comfortable patient lounge has current newspapers and magazines and free WiFi, and you can relax with a hot or cold drink before or after your appointment. Our treatment rooms are clean and comfortable and have passed a thorough inspection by the Care Quality Commission with flying colours. During every stage of treatment and throughout your ongoing routine care, our friendly and experienced team are here to guide and support you.

We welcome those with disabilities and are committed to providing accessible care to all our patients, with step-free access, two downstairs treatment rooms and wheelchair-accessible toilet.

We know that visits to the dentist can be nerve wracking, but we have many years experience of putting patients at their ease, and you will be surprised at how you will be able to overcome your fears, just as so many of our patients have already.

How to Find Us

Coming by Train: We are a 3-minute walk from Chester Road Train Station, which has frequent cross city line trains between Lichfield, Redditch and Birmingham City Centre.

Coming by Car: We are conveniently located just off the A452 Chester Road, within easy reach of the M6 and M42. We have on site parking and there is also unrestricted parking on the surrounding streets.

Coming by Bus: 300 yards away, Birmingham Road provides access to multiple bus routes to Sutton Coldfield, New Oscott, Birmingham City Centre, Lichfield, and Walsall.

  • Let us know if you’re going to be more than 5 minutes late
  • Avoid smoking or eating just before your appointment
  • Give as much notice as possible if you have to cancel an appointment
  • Give us accurate information when completing forms or answering questions, and inform us if your contact details change
  • Respect our work by following advice and completing treatment that has been undertaken
  • Pay your bill on time
  • If you are happy with our service, tell your friends
